- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My family were customers of Elaine's for decades. We trusted her as an advisor for all of our insurance needs and had multiple auto and property policies with her. After consulting with a financial advisor we discovered that Elaine had been recommending unnecessary policies and was over charging us by several thousand dollars a year. When we confronted her response was simply "You approved all of these purchases". That is true but based on HER recommendations. That is unethical business practices at their finest.
